Just realized that I’ve got some frequent flier miles to use up this spring. So far, my plan is to fly to Maui, tour the island, and then take ferries to Moloka’i and Lana’i. The two books I have about cycle touring Hawaii were published in 1990 and 1995. I suspect the camping information may be slightly out of date.
